Tommy Cooper, Jr., or Young Tommy, was among Grantville's undesirable and low-income residents. After the Ring of Fire, Tommy fell in with the 250 Club crowd. Being a notorious drunk and as a result he was fired from his job and, being raised a Baptist, was thrown out of his respective congregation. He was also a former friend of Marvin Tipton, who became a police officer, which officially ended their friendship.
