Meir III is an inhabited planet, the third planet in orbit of the Meir star system, located in Federation space, somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants. Meir III was home to Starfleet officer Darya Bat-Levi. Following the death of her twin brother Joshua in the year 2326, Bat-Levi spent an extended period recuperating at her parents' home on Meir III. (TLE novel: Well of Souls)
