Barrabis is a fictional competitor robot which features in the video game Robot Wars: Extreme Destruction. It is a low box triangle shaped robot armoured in aluminium with a steel hammer weapon. Barrabis is notably the only fully built robot which is available to buy at the very beginning of Competition mode. It costs a reasonable 2580 credits. The name Barrabis may be a corruption of Barabbas, a Biblical criminal, who was released in place of Jesus at the Passover feast in Jerusalem.
