MX-90 Fragmentation Grenades are small explosive devices carried by the Mobile Infantry on the front-line of the Federations conflicts. They are an anti-personnel weapon that explodes a short time after release. The standard hand grenade used explodes after several seconds of its handle being triggered, however unlike hand grenades of the 20th century these have surprisingly high explosive qualities instead of merely firing shrapnel. Mobile Infantry units have also been known to employ the M7 Incendiary Grenade.
