Spinuts are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Walking blob-like creatures, they are very weak. Spinuts bounce off Link's shield and can be easily defeated with a sword. There are yellow and green varieties. Green Spinuts are tougher than their yellow counterparts in that they are able to sustain more hits during battle. There is also a single Red Spinut in the Tower of Spirits. This variety is very cowardly and will run away from Link and Princess Zelda. Upon its defeat for the first time, it drops a Small Key.
