Gladys Molyneux was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant (junior grade), she served as the junior tactical officer aboard the destroyer HMS Tristram. During the ship's first mission in the Talbott Quadrant, she conducted tactical exercises with the crew. (SI2)
