The Millpond Estate is a council estate in the Bermondsey area of Southwark, London. Constructed in the 1940s, it is built out brick and relatively low-rise at 4 storeys tall. To the north, the estate is bounded by Bermondsey Wall East, to the west by West Lane (on the opposite side of which is the West Lane Estate), and to the south by Paradise Street. Prior to construction, the site was home to back to back houses. There a total of 6 blocks on the estate containing a total of 76 flats.
