The Tomo Camp was a remote prisoner detention facility located in an area of rugged terrain known as the "Tomo Craters," on the planet Vanqor in the Uziel system. Vanqor's expansionist government, under the rule of Van-Ith, created the detention facility to retain prisoners from other worlds in the Uziel system, planets that had been invaded and conquered by Vanqor.
