Dennis Lerpiss is the owner of the Pawnee Video Dome, a video rental store that doesn't rent out mainstream movies in Pawnee. He converts the store to a porn video rental after Leslie gets him a government bailout to help save the failing store. He is third-cousin to Herman Lerpiss, and half-brother to Kurt Lerpiss.
