Kerrigan was a human Masked Lord of Waterdeep. He was the only Lord known to have betrayed Waterdeep. After murdering three other Lords in an attempt to gain sole power in the city, his betrayal was discovered by Open Lord Ahghairon, and a spell battle ensued. The battle ended when Kerrigan was killed in the Southern Ward.
