Prince Arthur of Lovia or Arthur Augustus Bernhard Noble (Noble City, January 27, 2014) is a Lovian prince. He is the second child of Sebastian I, the ruling monarch of Lovia, and Queen Louise, and consequently is second in line to the Lovian throne. Prince Arthur has one sister Princess Alice of Lovia, born on January 21, 2011.
