Marguerite Sherman was a female engineer assigned to the USS Enterprise-D in the mid-2360s. She joined the crew as an Ensign, and was promoted to Lieutenant, junior grade in 2366. (SCE eBook: Many Splendors) According to author Keith R. A. DeCandido's story annotations, Sherman is one of the engineers seen in TNG episode "The Best of Both Worlds, Part I", and was given a last name in Part II. Her first name is established in this ebook.
