The Ice Mystic is a member of the Foot Mystics who appears in the DS version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare. It utilizes ice attacks exclusively, unlike the Water Mystic, which can use water and ice powers. Its color scheme is also quite different from the Water Mystic's and is closer to the Wind Mystic's, but with more blue tones.
