Tai San, better known as Tattoo, was one of the world's most well-known sumo wrestlers. He approached Splinter and asked him for a favor, requesting that the Ninja Turtles rescue his chihuahua dog "Inky" from a group of Yakuza who wanted him to throw his next fight for gambling purposes. Tattoo states that he can't lose the match as it will ruin his career. The TMNT vow to help him get his pooch back without having to throw the match.
