"I Am Special" is a Sesame Street song from season 43. Grover (performed by Frank Oz) wanders into frame, looking for his friends to tell them something. He finds the viewer and tells them he's had an epiphany ("I do not know what epiphany means, but I believe I have just had one."): he has realized he is special and sings about it.
