Panama Was supposedly a Target of Soviet Nuclear weapons during the Great war but no nuclear weapons ever detonated. The Nation of Panama ceased to Exist post war with the US and Soviet forces fighting over control of the area to attempt to start their own nation. This Dream died when the SAF came in and diffused the situation and currently provides asylum for both sides wishing to end the Great War in the southern hemisphere.
