Vento is a seagull character from the Japanese company Sanrio. He lives with his sister Cielo on the harbor in Yokohama. Cielo is the big sister who loves to gossip and always has the latest news. Vento the little brother is a quiet lad who gets ordered about by his sister. They are friends with Captain Willy.
