Toney Clemons (born October 11, 1988) is an American football wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan and Colorado. Because of his transfer and Colorado's move he became the first player to play in the Big Ten Conference, Big 12 Conference and Pacific-12 Conference.
