Jerry Cook (born June 20, 1943) is a former NASCAR driver from Ottawa Lake, MI. He competed in one Craftsman Truck Series event in his career. That came in 1998, when Cook raced at Mesa Marin. He drove for ThorSport brother, Terry Cook drove the team's other truck. Regardless, Cook started last (34th) in the field and drove to a 32nd place finish after early clutch issues. Jerry Cook was the team's crew chief.
