Due to this jutsu actually benefiting the enemy the user needs away to stall they until their body disintegrates due to the side effects of using the eighth gate. Onkou Uzumaki uses this technique as part of her "illusion Fist" combo, where after paralysing the opponent with ether genjutsu or the Temporary Paralysis Technique. Thus the enemy cannot act until it is too late.
