The Paragon of Defense was a Lion Kensai Kata which a series of swift sweeping strikes that extended to the limit of the Kensai's reach. He stroke continually as he moved in a full circle, then moved similarly once again, but in a smaller circle, dodging the enemy blows as if they moved aside for his body.
