Eltoora is the leader of the spellcaster's guild in Neverwinter, the Many-Starred Cloak. She appears in all chapters (excluding the prelude and epilogues). Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. In chapter 1, she can be found in the Cloaktower, and offers membership in the guild to bards, sorcerers and wizards. Membership requires completing a challenge that starts by retrieving four items from labs in each of the four districts of Neverwinter (the labs will be marked on the map).
