Old Man Rivers is a grumpy elderly man who live across the street from Fosters. He is enemies with Madame Foster (though he secretly has a crush on her), because he borrowed sugar from her in 1962 and he never returned it. He appears in "Neighbor Pains," "Bad Dare Day," and "Goodbye To Bloo." He is also heard speaking off-screen in "Bus the Two of Us." He is voiced by Tom Kenny. He is very proud of his lawn.
