Pampal Candoam (born -45) is a former Consul of Roam. His father Spotty Sepredal Candoam died as a Consul during the final years of the Crylaltian War. Pampal served for five years as an Officer during the final years of the Crylaltian War and then under Moody Machyal Sarevir-Machyal Voriel during the Second Civil War. He spent five years as the Captain of the Fentran Well on the Scrutan border, and as an Administrator under Scruval Qualens and Proud Machyal Sarevir-Machyal in Roam, during which time he grew to admire Proud Machyal.
