Crown of the Primus is a Legendary Wizard Hat for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 18 to drop. It has a unique feature of giving Slow Time the effect of every rune, being especially deadly when coupled with Delsere's Magnum Opus set. It works even with Archon version of Slow Time spell.
