Mr. Semur is an owner of a dojo in Russia. He first appeared in The Evil Fighter, calling The Paternoster Gang when he got a letter from The Evil Fighter. In Master of Riddles, he appears again, along with Alex, as he is one of the 3 organizators of a fighting tournament. In Identity Reveal, The Pateroster Gang found a photo with him and The Doctor, and he also reveals that he was actually The Evil Fighter all the time. By the end of the episode he jumps over the tournament arena, dieing, leaving the mystery of what his plans really were.
