The Cop Hat is achievement clothing in Dead Rising. This hat is found in the security room after Frank completes the Saint achievement, finishes 72 Hour Mode, and the game is saved. The Saint achievement requires that in a single play through of 72 Hour Mode, rescue at least 50 survivors.
