Tempo Reforms is a Japanese technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties. This technology lets shrines gather resources much faster: food is gathered 350% faster, and wood and coin 300% faster. No matter which resource the shrines are tasked to (with the exception of Experience), this technology will help the player greatly.
