CST-red group was a group of four Lambda-class T-4a shuttles at the Rebel-aligned Deep Space Manufacturing Facility Organarms at some point before the Battle of Endor. They were most likely manufactured there, as they were being transferred from the station, which scanners revealed to have a cargo of "shuttles," to transport containers by Utility Tugs when they were destroyed.
