The Toudanjon is a prison in the Land of Bamboo for their highest class of criminals, Foreign or otherwise. The inmates of this prison have two very powerful Fūinjutsu cast upon them, Sealing Technique: Sealed Prison Between Life and Death and Sealing Technique: Sealed Prison of Eternity, to keep them in a comatose state and to prevent them from aging.
