The Black Hand are the Nod anti-vehicle infantry in Tiberium Alliances. They are both offensive and defensive and they are effective against vehicles. Strangely though, they are equipped with flamethrowers which are suppose to be effective against infantry. Black Hand do have a good chance against anti-infantry vehicles abeit higher-level or non-weakened versions may cook their gooses.
