Cory and Shawn are the names of two lab rats the human Cory and Shawn used in a science experiment. The experiment was on "natural selection", to see if rats could tell the difference between natural cheddar and I Can't Believe It's Not Cheese. Cory the rat liked to sit in the corner, while Shawn the rat chewed the lock and tried to escape. He did manage to break out, but human Cory grabbed him before he went far and then chased Eric's rat-fearing girlfriend around while saying, "He wants to kiss you!" According to Cory, they named the rats after themselves in order to feel important.
