Princess Viserra Targaryen was the tenth born child of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen and Queen Alysanne Targaryen. Viserra was betrothed to Lord Manderly of White Harbor. However, the high-spirited girl she was, she died by mishap not much later, when she fell from a horse while racing drunkenly through the streets of King's Landing.
