Mucor is a fungus which grows on Bur. It was created by "The Sleeping One", the Burun God, and the memories and happening on Bur were somehow stored into it. The fungus is consumed by the shamans of the Burun for its power and recollection to the past. Burun have in the past been very conservative in the use of mucor. They remember the memories of their ancient ancestors improperly using mucor and suffering grievous injuries or death.
