Details: On July 24, 1993, eighteen year old Carmen Charneco was found strangled to death in her car in Elgin, Illinois. Police learned that Carmen's ex-boyfriend, Edwin Rodriguez, was missing. Although police have not charged him with murder, Rodriguez is wanted for questioning, and is also wanted for parole violation. He has been sighted in Elgin, Aurora, Chicago, Brooklyn, New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico. Suspects: Edwin Rodriguez Extra Notes: The case was featured as a part of the February 21, 1997 episode.
