Youkai (Megan Tomiko) is a skilled assasin. She is the daughter of drug dealers who sold drugs. Born to a American father and a Japanese mother in Gotham City, Megan is the daughter of drug dealers. Her mother was killed in a drug deal and her father went to jail for selling drugs. Donning a Japanese demon mask, Megan decided to call herself Youkai-a Japanese demon of the same name. She is friends with all the villains, including Gorilla Grodd.
