Javin was a planet in the Outer Rim Territories. It was inhabited by Mugaari, from nearby Mugaar, and humans. It was a bustling trade world, with the Galactic Republic establishing ties to it. The Republic Navy fought off a group of pirates with the Javin Space Guard, saving the planet, shortly before the Clone Wars. Javin was spared by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and it went on to join the Galactic Empire. Dorja Kryll, a Republic Navy and Imperial Navy officer, was from Javin. Zyak Kryll, his father, was also from the planet.
