Sherudo Garo is a villain from Time Crisis. He sends Wild Dog to capture Rachel, the daughter of the president. His family had ruled with an iron fist, but President McPherson became the first president. Sherudo is a last remaining member of the Garo family and attempts to overthrow the president. Richard Miller, a militant, must destroy Garo or Rachel will be killed. Miller was successful in killing Garo and rescued Rachel after a battle with Wild Dog.
