Ruknir is a small Sarquil town in the Sultanate of Karaganda. Its citizens are still nomads, and Ruknir itself is moved around several times a year. In the spring and summer months, it is moved towards the fertile lands outside the desert. During the winter, Ruknirians retreat back to the warmth of the desert. Its ruling tribe is Ghuthika (pronounced: Guth-hi-kaa). The town is currently occupied by the Northern Horde. Contains: Barracks, Public Houses, Saga Circle, Pitch Tents, Market, Farming communities, Inn, Underground wells.
