Diego and Armando Mendez are fictional characters in the Grand Theft Auto series, appearing as main villains of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, in that Armando is the secondary antagonist and Diego is the tertiary antagonist. Diego Mendez was voiced by Ruben Trujillo and Armando Mendez was voiced by Yul Vazquez.
