Amontop, the Mummy Queen of Sandy Valley, is a character from Snips, Snails and Dragon Tales. Her only apperance so far is in the first story of that book, Julio Scoundrél and the Curse of the Mummy Queen. Amontop somehow took possession of the Sapphire of Purity of Virginia's home village, leading to conflict with Julio Scoundrél. She was served by Horusfolk and Jackalfolk, as well as by her concubine Imherstu. She has a curse power related to her concubine, as well as an apparently involuntary Mummy Rot power.
