Refresh-aid is a sports drink Michelangelo drinks in The Drip, Part 1. The drink's tag line is apparently "Let nothing stand between you and your thirst" and Michelangelo claims it is loaded with "electrolytes and betawhatnoticals." Raphael takes a swig as he asks Mikey where he got it, and spits it back out when he is informed that it was half-full in the Sewer drain on fifth street and had "barely anything floating in it."
