The Chronologically Correct Time Device is essentially what it sounds like: a device used to keep track of chronological time within the Word Worlds. It is atomic (cesium-based), and therefore it is ultra-precise. It comes in particularly handy for keeping track of time in one continuum while working in another for high-precision DIC or Despatch missions.
