The Plate of Cat is an item in Silent Hill. Its purpose is to open the door at the back of the nurses' center in the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital. It is located on the back wall of room 306 on the third floor. The cat represents the Cheshire Cat from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, one of Silent Hill's influences.
