Charlotte Laurent was the fifth minister of foreign affairs and tenth President of J Andres. She was the Chief Ambassador to Europe for roughly nine years before she was selected to replace Minister Patrick Aurora when he announced his retirement. Laurent officially assumed the duties on January 2, 2061. Laurent became the first woman to hold a Minister post in J Andres history. She vowed to continue the policies established by Aurora, including promoting a global economy and a larger J Andres presence in North America and the world. She held the position for eleven years.
