Uncle Ruckus is the main antagonist in the popular Adult Swim animated TV series The Boondocks. He is a self-hating overweight, homely Afro-American man with disproportionate eye's. Due to his nature and hatred towards African Americans, he may as well be the primary antagonist of the show. Because of his own name and yet no other relation (blood or what other) to other people, he repeatedly says "My name is Uncle Ruckus, no relation.". He was voiced by Gary Anthony Williams who also portrayed Smart Brother in the movie Undercover Brother.
