The Blind Watcher's Eye is an oddity. There are only three samples of Blind Watcher's Eye in the whole of Shivering Isles, and the plant shares the same name and appearance as the standard Watcher's Eye. One can be found in Knotbone Chamber, Knotty Bramble, and Milchar. There are two variants of the FormID: one is the ingredient that the Hero picks up (40E), and the second only occurs when they have turned the ingredient in for the Museum of Oddities quest (430).
