Heribert "the Quarrelsome" was the king of Redania. He was the son of Radovid the Bald and Fiametta of Cidaris, and so the great-grandson of Radovid II. He married a noblewoman by the name of Diana de Saint-Villiers who bore him a son, Vizimir II the Just. He was known for imposing a tax on magic and spells and being generally hostile to magic users.
