Lieutenant Wolfram Gelzer (ウォルフラム・ゲルツァー, Uorufuramu Gerutsuā) is a high-ranking officer in the German military, and assumes the role of Sieglinde Sullivan's manservant, as part of the Emerald Witch Education Project. Even after the project is terminated and the truth is exposed, Wolfram chooses to remain as Sieglinde's butler and moves to London with her.
