Cecil Boling (October 11, 1920 - February 9, 2000) was 7'8" until he had his legs below his knees removed and had them replaced with artificial legs making him 8 inches shorter. His legs were weak. Before his legs were removed he spent 10 years in a wheel chair. He was 7'9".
